As an Inside Sales Executive at Acrence Solutions, you will play a key role in driving enrollment growth by generating leads, making outbound calls, and leveraging digital marketing strategies to promote our software development courses. You will have the opportunity to connect with students who are passionate about technology and help them discover the educational opportunities we offer. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with a strong sales background and a genuine interest in software development.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and digital advertising.
- Engage with prospective students to understand their career goals, interests, and educational needs.
- Articulate the value of our software development courses and provide personalized recommendations based on each student’s background and objectives.
- Utilize digital marketing tactics such as email campaigns, social media marketing, and content marketing to attract and engage leads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize marketing materials, landing pages, and other assets to support sales efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and outcomes using CRM software.
- Meet or exceed enrollment targets and objectives on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program or recent graduate in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Sales experience or a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including email marketing software, social media channels, and content management systems.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for technology and education.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
