About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Application Specialist – POS (Point of Sale) to join a leading retail organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, maintaining, and optimizing POS applications that are critical to day-to-day retail operations.
This role requires strong technical expertise in application support, system integrations, troubleshooting, and retail technology environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support and troubleshoot POS applications and related systems
• Monitor application performance and resolve technical issues
• Manage integrations with ERP, OMS, payment gateways, and inventory systems
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and technical teams
• Support system upgrades, testing, deployments, and enhancements
• Maintain system documentation and provide user support
