We are hiring for a multinational retail client seeking a tech-savvy Application Specialist – Customer Success with strong experience in Order Management Systems (OMS), retail operations, and omnichannel environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide application and functional support for OMS platforms
• Work closely with customers to resolve issues and improve user experience
• Coordinate with product and technical teams for implementations and enhancements
• Support integrations, onboarding, and incident management
• Ensure smooth day-to-day application operations and stakeholder communication
Requirements:
• Strong OMS / Order Management System experience
• Retail or omnichannel background preferred
• Experience in customer success, application support, or implementation roles
• Good understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Experience working with EU/APAC clients preferred
